Dhading people and my room

this is the door frame to my room, it is just above my eyes and I have already hit my head countless times. When will I learn?

Construction on the streets of dhading is common. they use bamboo sticks to hold up the floor they are working on. Its the same system for scaffolding, if i get a chance I will upload a picture of that too.
